In the Lazy city of "LOS ANKLES", local modern bum "Sticky B Stickerson", is tasked from the trees to help bring "Passion" back to the world, this Passion, manifesting itself as "vim", a Power people host that keeps the world they live in turning. So with a starman as Sticky's guide, they'll bring back the passion!

The mountain that stays in the middle of the Delicious town titled, "Bowlinnton", has stayed there for decades, and at the top lives the city's completely unsocial misfit. Who's not extremely pleased about being legally forced to keep two of the city's residents in his home, or risk his mountain being torn down for not "benefiting society".
